Is there a central air conditioning technology out there willing to listen to the story and give my opinion?

The tenant called 1/2/2008 informed there is no heat in home in Las Vegas. Property management company called security technology that sent coils cleaned $ 280.00. June 3 tenant -ac called again. Technical six pounds and replaced the freon out and sets a covered loss. 20 Days later the company sends different technical assurance which says that the compressor has been installed improperly (not screwed) "something" has dried up due to this compressor is blown. Warranty does not cover it. Compressor was replaced four years ago and has worked well. Help! I do not know if the company is trying to get out of warranty repairs, if one of the first two technical erred because compressor failure or why. I have not been on the roof, but is a bit strange that the compressor is not screwed and no one has known for four years and technicians first two did not realize the installed compressor technology improperly.Second said he thought he had gone and noticed the bolts that would not cause the compressor to fail anyway

Ok, I see that cleaning the coils could cause the fire to a malfunction due to reduced airflow. That one is fine. I can see the second technology has done a good job done to repair the leak instead of filling just up and leave. Ok there. Why another tech sent 20 days later … No cooling again? A compressor will not be screwed not to kill. The worst that could happen is an effort to crack in the copper tubing connected to it. Suck Guarantee companies and they will do everything possible to get out of repair. All it takes is a technology saying something that was not installed correctly and use it to deny payment. Indicates the compressor replaced by the same warranty company? Tell them if you will not pay for the compressor is not screwed down, make the service company replaced the compressor pay by it, and it was his fault. Note: The compressors are manufactured with one or more of 5-year warranty. If the compressor was replaced during the manufacturer's warranty period, only then the rest of the factory warranty applies to the new compressor. I doubt there is any warranty left on the compressor unless it came with a guarantee of 10 years of factory and you are still within the time allowed.
